Balsamic Tuna Salad
A filling lunch made of albacore tuna, garbanzo beans, vegetables, and balsamic dressing is served on a bed of baby spinach.
Combine the garbanzo beans, black olives, and flaked albacore tuna.
In a bowl with English cucumber, red bell pepper, green onions, and parsley.
Using an immersion blender in a different bowl, puree the garlic while combining the balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, dried oregano, and ground black pepper.
Tuna and dressing are well combined after stirring.
Over baby spinach, serve
