Best Ever Onion Rings
Sprinkle a little onion salt into the batter to make these extra-tasty, easy onion rings.
To create a smooth batter, combine eggs, milk, flour, baking powder, and onion salt in a bowl.
A large pot or deep fryer should be used to heat the oil until a thermometer registers 350 degrees F.
(175 degrees C).
Onion rings should be evenly coated in batter before being dipped into the oil and frying for 2 to 3 minutes, working in batches if necessary, or until golden brown.
Remove the onion rings to paper towels to drain with a slotted spoon.
