Best Pressure Cooker Sticky BBQ Ribs Ever
Cooking baby back ribs in an Instant Pot over apple cider seals in the sweetness once they’re dunked in garlicky BBQ sauce and baked to sticky perfection.

To about 1/2 inch below the rack line, add apple cider to an 8-quart multipurpose electric pressure cooker (like an Instant Pot®).

Salt, pepper, and paprika should all be stirred in.

Place rack inside and fully heat the liquid before adding the ribs.

Lock the lid by closing it.

Set the timer for 27 minutes while choosing high pressure in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

Give the pressure 10 to 15 minutes to build.

Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).

Place a roasting rack inside a baking pan.
