Black Bean and Avocado Brownies
For any family members who must avoid gluten, you can quickly make these delicious flourless brownies. This tasty treat is quite healthy thanks to the avocado!
Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
Spray nonstick cooking spray in a 9-inch baking pan.
In a big bowl, manually whisk eggs, mashed avocado, and vanilla extract.
Put black beans in.
Blend the mixture with an immersion blender until the batter is smooth and the black beans are all broken up.
In a different bowl, combine dark cocoa powder and brown sugar.
Add to the batter and manually stir with a wooden spoon until well combined.
Add chocolate chips and stir.
Fill the pan with the batter.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Totally cool before slicing and serving
