These quick and simple tilapia fillets are coated with Italian-seasoned bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese for tons of flavor before baking in garlic butter.

Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).

In an 8×8-inch microwave-safe baking pan, combine the butter and garlic.

Microwave for 30 seconds, or until the butter is melted.

Fill a bowl with flour.

In a different bowl, whisk the eggs together.

In a third bowl, combine Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.

Fish fillets should be lightly coated in flour before being dipped into beaten eggs and then bread crumbs.

Put on top of the butter and garlic mixture in the baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, flipping the fish halfway through, or until it is golden and flaky.
