Set the oven’s broiler to high and place a rack about 4 inches from the heat source.
Aluminum foil is used to line a broiler pan.
In a bowl, thoroughly combine the Parmesan cheese, butter, mayonnaise, lemon juice, basil pepper, onion powder, and celery salt.
Place the tilapia fillets on the prepared pan in a single layer.
