Brown Sugar Banana Nut Bread I
Banana bread that is incredibly sweet and vanilla-flavored.
Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan very lightly.
Butter and sugar are whipped together in a sizable bowl until light and fluffy.
One at a time, beat in the eggs, stirring well after each addition.
Add vanilla and banana and stir.
Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt in a different bowl.
The flour mixture and banana mixture should only be stirred to combine.
Add walnuts and fold.
Fill the pan with the batter.
Until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean, bake in a preheated oven for one hour.
