In a bowl, combine salt, flour, baking powder, and lemon zest.
The flour mixture and eggs should be added to the creamed butter mixture in turns.
Use a spatula to spread the batter onto the prepared baking sheet because the dough is very sticky.
Add lemon juice and evenly distribute the apple slices on top.
Add a few raisins on top.
