Easy Thanksgiving Cookies
Orange cake mix combined with dried cranberries, eggs, and oil is baked into delightful Thanksgiving cookies that will impress your guests.
Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
In a bowl, combine cake mix, dried cranberries, vegetable oil, and eggs; stir until dough is smooth.
Onto a baking sheet, drop 1 to 2 tablespoons of batter for each cookie.
Bake for 6 to 10 minutes in a preheated oven, or until thoroughly cooked.
Cookies should cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before being transferred to a sheet of wax paper to finish cooling.
