Energy Breakfast Loaf
Start the day off right with this hearty energy breakfast loaf loaded with oats, peanut butter, banana, and chocolate chips for an on-the-go energy boost.
Set oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees C).
An 8-inch square baking pan should be greased.
Oats, one cup of flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder should all be combined in a bowl.
In a big bowl, combine milk, applesauce, honey, peanut butter, and vanilla extract; beat until well combined.
Add eggs and stir well.
Bananas are added after the oats and milk mixture is barely combined.
Half of the batter should be poured into the baking pan.
Bake for about 5 minutes in a preheated oven, or until partially cooked.
