Garlic Butter Shrimp
This recipe combines butter, garlic powder, and frozen shrimp for a quick and easy main dish ready in 15 minutes or less.
Over low heat, melt butter in a sizable skillet or wok.
Add the shrimp; cook and stir for about 5 minutes, or until the shrimp turn pink.
Add garlic powder and blend.
To create a slurry, combine water and cornstarch in a bowl.
Pour into the skillet and stir for 3 to 5 minutes, or until the butter sauce thickens.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
