Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Cookies
This recipe is gluten-free and delicious! Pecans are great in these, but feel free to use peanuts or any other nut you choose.
Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
Butter a baking sheet.
Sugar and peanut butter should be smooth after being combined.
Add nuts and chocolate chips if desired.
On a cookie sheet, drop tablespoons of dough.
