Guava Cake
In order to make a spice cake, this special old-fashioned guava cake recipe uses guava pulp and nectar.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Grease and flour a 9×13-inch pan.
Sift together flour nutmeg baking soda cinnamon and cloves in a bowl.
Combine guava pulp and nectar in a separate bowl.
Cream together butter and sugar in a mixing bowl.
Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition.
Add flour mixture and guava mixture alternately to creamed mixture.
Pour batter into the prepared pan.
Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean 30 to 35 minutes.
