Guinness Corned Beef
A tasty St. Patrick’s Day staple, this corned beef with beer is covered in Irish stout and brown sugar before being braised in the oven until tender.
Set the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit (150 degrees C).
Brisket should be thoroughly rinsed, dried with paper towels, and placed on a rack in a Dutch oven or roasting pan.
Brisket should be covered in brown sugar.
To wet the sugar, gently pour beer all over the brisket.
