Instant Pot Beef Bone Broth
For bone broth in the Instant Pot, save beef bones to make a rich broth with minimal preparation. Homemade bone broth has never been easier.
Set the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees C).
Spray cooking spray on a baking sheet before lining it with aluminum foil.
On the baking sheet that has been prepared, put the beef bones, carrots, celery, onion, and garlic.
For about 45 minutes, roast in the preheated oven until browned.
Scrape roasted vegetables and bones into a pressure cooker with several uses (such as Instant Pot).
Boiling water, vinegar, sea salt, and peppercorns should be added.
Lock the lid by closing it.
Set the timer for 120 minutes and choose the Manual function in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
