Instant Pot Honey-Garlic Shrimp from Frozen
Let your Instant Pot thaw and cook frozen shrimp for you. They’re in a sauce that’s sweet, sticky, and salty, with just the right amount of heat.
Place a steamer basket inside a multipurpose pressure cooker after adding 1 cup of water.
In the steamer basket, put the frozen shrimp.
Lock the lid by closing it.
Set the timer for 0 minutes and choose high pressure in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations.
Give the pressure 10 minutes to build.
Make the sauce in the meantime by blending cornstarch and cold water.
Add Sriracha sauce, honey, garlic, and oil.
Stir once more.
Following the manufacturer’s instructions, release pressure slowly over the course of two minutes using the quick-release technique.
Lock released, lid removed.
Remove the steamer basket, then reserve the shrimp.
Drain the pot’s water.
