Instant Pot Shrimp Curry
Make this absolutely delicious and easy South Indian shrimp curry in your Instant Pot; the creamy sauce has a coconut flavor.
Select the Saute setting on a multipurpose pressure cooker (such as an Instant Pot®).
Add fenugreek powder, ginger-garlic paste, curry leaves, and mustard seeds to the oil.
To avoid burning or sticking to the pot, stir thoroughly.
Add salt, turmeric, and the tomato and onion.
Sauté until translucent onions 3–4 minutes.
