In a food processor, combine salt, sugar, and flour until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Water should be added, then mix until a ball forms.
Pastry should be chilled thoroughly for at least 30 minutes.
Set the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees C).
24 shallow muffin tins need grease.
With a cookie cutter, cut rounds out of thinly rolled pastry.
Put each circle inside a muffin cup.
To each cup, add 2 teaspoons of jam.
Bake for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown, in the preheated oven.
