Low-Carb Meatloaf with Pork Rinds
This low-carb, simple-to-make meatloaf is enhanced with flavor and texture by crushed pork rinds and Parmesan cheese.

Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).

Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan very lightly.

Mix the beef and pork rinds.

To make a loaf, combine parmesan cheese, tomato sauce, onion, egg, parsley, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Move over to the ready pan.

About an hour, bake in the preheated oven, or until golden and the centre is no longer pink.

A center-inserted instant-read thermometer should register at least 160 degrees Fahrenheit (70 degrees C)
