Milky Way Cupcake Icing
Rich and creamy cupcake icing is made from melted milk chocolate candy bars with caramel and nougat coating.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the candy bars, buttermilk, and vanilla.
Microwave on High for 30 seconds, stirring halfway through.
After 10 more seconds of heating, remove the bowl from the microwave and give it another stir.
Confectioners’ sugar should be added, then whipped up until smooth.
