No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie
A homemade peanut butter cup-like flavor is created by combining three layers of chocolate, peanut butter, and graham cracker crumbs.
Graham cracker crumbs, butter, confectioners’ sugar, and 1 cup peanut butter are combined in a bowl and then evenly pressed into the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan that has not been greased.
In the top of a double boiler set over simmering water, combine 1/4 cup peanut butter, 3/4 cup dark chocolate, and milk chocolate.
Melt for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
In a 9×13-inch pan, spread the chocolate-peanut butter mixture over the graham cracker layer.
Pour over chocolate-peanut butter layer after melting 1 cup of dark chocolate and milk in the top of a double boiler over simmering water.
Stir until smooth, 3 to 5 minutes.
Set in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
To serve, cut into squares.
