Children and adults alike enjoy oatmeal pumpkin cookies with coconut sugar, raisins, and walnuts.

Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).

Use parchment paper to line baking sheets.

In a bowl, mix together all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, oats, wheat germ, baking soda, cinnamon, allspice, cloves, and salt.

Using an electric mixer, combine brown sugar, butter, and coconut sugar in a separate bowl until light and fluffy.

Add pumpkin puree, eggs, and vanilla extract and combine well.

Once the flour and pumpkin mixtures are thoroughly combined, fold in the raisins and walnuts.

Approximately 1 tablespoon of dough should be used for each cookie.
