For a quick midweek dinner, try this pork stir-fry with orange, pineapple, and carrots. It’s a delicious sweet and savory dish.

In a 3-quart saucepan, combine 3 tablespoons flour and 2 tablespoons water for the sauce and whisk until thoroughly combined.

In a bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups water, brown sugar, rice vinegar, lemon juice, orange juice, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Stirring continuously, add gradually to the flour-water mixture in the pan.

Over a medium-high heat, bring to a boil.

For 3 to 5 minutes after the sauce has thickened, continue to cook and stir.

Get rid of the heat.

Put 1/4 cup of flour, salt, and pepper for pork in a plastic bag that can be sealed.

To thoroughly coat the pork, cut it into bite-sized pieces and drop it into the flour mixture.
