In these pork cabbage cups, ground pork is sauteed with cabbage, mushrooms, onion, garlic, and Asian seasonings for a quick and easy dinner.

Collect any broken cabbage leaves and discard them.

6 larger leaves should be set aside for serving.

Set aside the remaining cabbage head’s dice.

Over medium-high heat, cook ground pork in a sizable skillet for about 5 minutes.

Reduce heat to medium-low and add the diced cabbage, onion, mushrooms, garlic, and ginger to the skillet.

After about 5 minutes of cooking and stirring, the onion should be soft.

Sesame oil and soy sauce vinegar are used to season.

Allow flavors to meld for one to two minutes after stirring to combine.

Placed cabbage leaves on a table, then fill with pork mixture.

Green onions are a garnish.
