Quick and Easy Pineapple Fried Rice
This easy pineapple fried rice with fresh pineapple, peas, and red bell pepper comes together quickly and goes well with any protein.
A big skillet with medium heat is used to heat the oil.
After adding the onion, cook it for about a minute.
Add the ginger and garlic, and cook for a minute while stirring constantly.
Medium-high heat is increased; peas, pineapple, and red bell pepper are added.
Cook for 3 to 4 minutes while stirring frequently.
Add rice and soy sauce and stir.
Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, or until sauce is thoroughly absorbed.
After adding sesame oil, turn off the heat.
Before serving, garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
