Quick Spicy Sausage Corn Chowder
For a quick weeknight chowder that the whole family will love, sausage and corn are simmered in a hot broth.
Dutch oven heated to a medium-high temperature.
Sausage, celery, and onion are cooked in a hot Dutch oven while being constantly stirred for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the sausage is browned and crumbly.
Sausage mixture should be combined with potatoes, chicken broth, salt, and pepper.
Bring to a boil.
Simmer potatoes for about 10 minutes at reduced heat.
Add whole kernel corn, evaporated milk, cream-style corn, paprika, and cayenne pepper; simmer for an additional 5 to 10 minutes until thoroughly heated.
