Raw Chia ‘Porridge’
Chia seeds are mixed with banana, almond milk, and dates creating a tasty and sweet “porridge” that fits into the paleo and raw diet lifestyle.

In a bowl, put the chia seeds.

In a blender, combine banana, dates, almond milk, cinnamon, and salt.

Pour the smoothed-out mixture over the chia seeds while thoroughly stirring.

Allow mixture to sit for at least 15 minutes to thicken.

Add blueberries to the chia “porridge” after stirring.
