Sauteed Spinach with a Twist
Sauteed spinach is given a sweet twist by golden raisins. This dish of sweet and savory ingredients is nicely balanced by a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and a small amount of chicken broth.
With tongs, turn the spinach in the olive oil that has been heated in a saucepan over medium heat until it is evenly coated.
Cook for about 4 minutes, turning occasionally, until just wilted.
Garlic powder, parmesan cheese, golden raisins, and chicken broth should be added.
Up until the cheese has melted and the raisins are full, cook and stir the spinach mixture.
