Slow Cooker Pumpkin Oatmeal
When you’re craving spiced pumpkin dishes and have a busy fall morning, try this simple slow cooker overnight oatmeal recipe.
A small slow cooker should be lightly sprayed with cooking spray.
In a big bowl, combine the oats, 1/2 cup brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Add pumpkin and stir.
Slowly stir in the water and half-and-half.
Mix in the vanilla extract and raisins.
Fill the slow cooker with the oat mixture.
Until oats are tender and creamy, cook on low.
7.50 to 8.50 hours.
Add 5 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon of walnuts and 2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons of brown sugar to the oatmeal.
