Soft Steak (Marinated Skirt Steak with Bleu Cheese)
This delectable dinner features a skirt steak that has been marinated in hoisin sauce and topped with blue cheese.
Once the marinade is smooth, combine the hoisin sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, garlic, and chilli sauce in a bowl.
Pour the marinade into a plastic bag that can be sealed.
Include skirt steak and marinate it.
Seal the bag after squeezing out extra air.
For at least 24 hours, marinate food in the refrigerator.
Shake off excess marinade before removing the steak.
Throw away any leftover marinade.
Set an outdoor grill to medium-high heat and give the grates a light oiling.
