Special Italian Easter Pizza
For Easter dinner, this Italian pizza is frequently served. Italian meats and cheeses are layered on top of a prepared bread dough crust.
Italian sausage should be cooked and stirred in a skillet over medium heat for 5 to 8 minutes, or until browned and crumbly.
Remove extra grease, then set the sausage aside.
Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
Apply olive oil to the bottom and sides of a 10-inch springform pan.
Slice off a third of the loaf’s dough and place it aside under a cloth.
Create a ball with the remaining dough and roll it out to a diameter of 14 inches on a surface dusted with flour.
Excess dough will hand over the edges as you press the circle into the prepared springform pan’s bottom and up its sides.
In a 2-cup liquid measure, whisk 8 eggs.
