Sue’s Taco Salad
This taco salad is a great dish for potlucks. It’s easy and can be made in advance. Add dressing just before serving.

In a sizable deep skillet set over medium-high heat, add the ground beef.

Cook while crumbling until thoroughly cooked; drain.

Add taco seasoning mix and stir.

Set apart for cooling.

Chips should be crushed into bite-sized pieces and placed in a big bowl.

Cheese, beans, tomatoes, lettuce, and green onions are combined with the seasoned meat.

Dressing should be poured over and coated.
