For a quick, tasty dinner of boneless chunks of chicken breast, red and green peppers, salsa, and black beans, use a Chinese cooking technique on Mexican-inspired ingredients. It should be served with rice and topped with Cheddar cheese.

Green and red bell peppers should be cooked and stirred for about 5 minutes, until they are beginning to become tender.

Heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until the oil is very hot.

Peppers are set apart.

Chicken pieces should be added one or two at a time and thoroughly mixed into the flour mixture after it has been combined with taco seasoning.

In a large skillet, heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil over medium-high heat.

Cook and stir the chicken for about 5 minutes, or until the color is no longer pink and the coating is browned.

To blend the flavors, stir in the bell peppers, black beans, and salsa.

Let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes.
