Brown rice, feta cheese, and green beans are all you need to make this delicious vegetarian fried rice dish.

Brown rice and water should be brought to a boil in a saucepan; cook for 15 to 20 minutes, or until rice has softened.

Drain.

Fill a saucepan with water until it is just below the bottom of the steamer insert.

Water is brought to a boil.

Add the green beans, cover, and steam for 2 to 6 minutes, or until tender.

Over medium-high heat, warm up the olive oil in a big skillet.

Rice and green beans should be lightly crisped for 5 to 10 minutes while in hot oil.

Add the feta cheese, then top with the olive oil and black pepper.
