Whiskey Chicken
chunks of sauteed chicken braised in a savory, sweet whiskey sauce.
Cook the chicken through by sautéing it in a sizable skillet over medium-high heat (no longer pink).
Combine the soy sauce, whiskey, pineapple juice, garlic powder, sugar, and pepper in a small bowl.
Pour over chicken after stirring until sugar is dissolved.
Allow to simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, or until desired degree of sauce thickening.
