Trout is sealed in aluminum foil with a delicious blend of ingredients, then quickly grilled to serve for dinner. A quick, easy and delicious way to cook trout.

Preheat a grill for medium-high heat.

On a flat surface lay out two sheets of aluminum foil about 18 inches long so that they overlap to make one long wide sheet.

Rinse the trout and pat dry.

Lay the fish in the center of the foil about 2 inches apart.

Sprinkle with white wine melted butter and lemon juice.

Season with parsley salt and pepper.

Fold the foil up loosely around the fish and crimp the seams to seal.

Place the packet on the grill and cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until fish is cooked through.

In the paddle-equipped bowl of a stand mixer, combine butter and 3/4 cup brown sugar.

Beat until smooth and creamy.

Place a small amount of batter—about 1/4 cup—into each prepared muffin cup, filling each one roughly halfway.

The refrigerated cinnamon roll dough makes making this totally indulgent monkey bread simple. The corners are filled with freshly minced apples and toasted walnuts.

Brush the inside of a fluted tube pan with 1 tablespoon melted butter.

Mix sugar cinnamon and nutmeg in a bowl.

Combine 1/4 cup of the spiced sugar mixture with minced apples and stir until coated.

Separate cinnamon roll dough rounds and cut into quarters.

Set aside the icing.

Spoon 1/2 of the apple mixture and 1/2 of the walnuts into the bottom of the prepared pan.

Roll 1/2 of the cinnamon roll quarters in the remaining spiced sugar and place on top of the apples and walnuts.

Spoon 1/2 of the remaining butter over dough.

Repeat with remaining apples walnuts dough and butter.

Stir together the almonds cinnamon and lemon zest until combined.

Beat the egg whites and salt until soft peaks form.

Slowly sift in the confectioner’s sugar continuing to beat until the mixture is stiff.

Set aside 1/3 cup of the egg white mixture for the glaze.

Fold in the almond mixture.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (170 degrees C).

Line the cookie sheets with parchment paper.

Roll the dough to 1/4 inch thickness on a surface that has been sprinkled with confectioners’ sugar.

Using a 2 1/2-inch star cookie cutter cut out the cookies and place them on the cookie sheets.
