How to Make Dulce de Leche
Make your own sweet caramel-like sauce from a can of condensed milk to put on ice cream, brownies, or anything else you like.
After cleaning the nail, make two tiny holes on either side of the top of the can of sweetened condensed milk.
Cut the nail.
Fill the small saucepan with water until it reaches halfway up the side of the condensed milk can, then add the can to the pot.
Boiling water; turn heat down to low.
In a can, simmer milk for three to four hours.
As milk cooks, it will gradually turn light to medium brown and thicken.
As the water boils down, add more.
