Grilled Hoisin Beef

Cut a skirt steak in half crosswise and then into four or five pieces.
Place the steak in the marinade and toss to coat completely.

Place in the refrigerator and marinate for up to 12 hours.
Paper towels are used to line a baking pan.
Place the steak pieces on the paper towels after removing some of the marinade.
