Overnight refrigerate.

After removing the frozen bananas from the freezer, cover each one with a layer of peanut butter.

Put the frozen bananas with peanut butter on them back in the freezer for 30 to 45 minutes.

In order to prevent scorching, melt the chocolate in the top of a double boiler over barely simmering water, stirring it frequently and scraping the sides with a rubber spatula.
