Bacon Cheese Frittata
This baked frittata recipe is simple to make with pantry staples for a quick-and-easy crustless quiche that’s loaded with Cheddar, bacon, and onion.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Lightly grease a 7×11-inch baking dish.
Place bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat turning occasionally until evenly browned about 10 minutes.
Drain bacon slices on paper towels.
Crumble and set aside.
Whisk eggs milk melted butter salt and pepper together in a bowl; pour into the prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle with green onions and crumbled bacon.
