Keto Creamy Chicken and Vegetable Bake
This simple creamy chicken and vegetable bake, which is full of keto-friendly ingredients, is a delicious meal that won’t violate your diet.
Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
In a big pot, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
Cook the bacon, onion, and garlic for about 5 minutes or until the onion is soft.
Cover the pot and add the chicken.
Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until the center of the chicken is no longer pink.
Add the chicken stock, broccoli, cauliflower, leeks, mushrooms, garlic, and seasoning to taste.
Cook the vegetables for another ten minutes or so with the lid back on.
In the meantime, a saucepan is heated to medium-low.
The remaining butter and heavy cream should be added at this point.
Add the cream cheese and stir frequently for 3 to 4 minutes, or until it melts.
Take the sauce off the heat.
Add Parmesan cheese and mix.
