Oyster Dressing (Stuffing)
Oyster stuffing is full of flavor and a welcome switch from the traditional bread and celery dressing. Perfect for your Thanksgiving turkey.
Set the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit (165 degrees C).
In a 2-quart casserole dish, grease it.
In a sizable skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat.
Add celery and onion; cook and stir for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
After adding the parsley and bread crumbs, turn off the heat.
Add the eggs and oysters after seasoning with salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning.
Add just enough oyster liquid to thoroughly moisten and combine everything.
After that, put it in the prepared casserole dish.
