Old Bay Potatoes
For this quick and simple side dish, red potatoes are boiled in a flavorful mixture of Old Bay, thyme, and garlic.
Bring a sizable pot’s half-full of water to a boil.
Add thyme and garlic seafood seasoning after lowering the heat to medium.
Add potatoes after cooking for 2 minutes.
Drain some of the water mixture so that the potatoes are covered with a thin layer.
Cook for 10 minutes or until tender over low to medium heat.
Drain, then plate.
