Breaded and Baked Zucchini
An excellent quick and simple appetizer is baked zucchini covered in bread crumbs and Italian dressing.
Set oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit (165 degrees C).
Italian dressing and mustard should be combined in a bowl.
Bread crumbs should be put in a different bowl.
Slices of zucchini are dipped in a mustard mixture and then bread crumbs.
In a casserole dish, arrange the coated zucchini.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until soft.
