Looking for a filling breakfast that you can make once and enjoy all week long? Look no further. These breakfast bites are easy to make ahead and taste just as good when reheated.

Set the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220 degrees C).

Cooking spray should be used sparingly in a muffin pan.

Combine thawed hash browns, cheese, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Distribute the mixture evenly inside each muffin cup, pressing down on the sides and up on the bottoms to form “cups.” Bake for 20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

1 tablespoon of oil is heated for approximately 30 seconds over medium-high heat in a small frying pan.

Jimmy Dean sausage should be added and cooked for 8 to 10 minutes, until it has browned.

During this time, stir frequently to break the sausage up into small pieces.

Drain.

Combine the cooked Jimmy Dean sausage, bell pepper, onion, and green chili in a bowl.
