Vanilla Wafer Cake IV
Instead of flour, this amazing tube cake uses a box of vanilla wafers. It is especially tasty because of the pecans and coconut!
Set oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit (165 degrees C).
A 10 inch fluted tube pan, such as a Bundt®, should be floured and greased.
Coconut and ground pecans should be combined and set aside.
Butter and sugar are whipped together in a sizable bowl until light and fluffy.
One at a time, beat in the eggs.
The milk and crushed wafers are added in alternate batches.
Add the ground pecans and coconut together.
Fill the pan with the batter.
A toothpick inserted into the center of the cake should come out clean after 60 minutes of baking in the preheated oven.
