In a bowl, add the cashews and half the hot water.
Take a 5-minute soak.
Combine the 1 1/4 cups of hot water and the drained cashews.
dietary yeast Garlic, ancho chile powder, salsa Salt, cumin, and dijon mustard in a powerful blender (like a Vitamix®).
Start blending at the lowest speed and then gradually increase it.
For two minutes, blend.
If you want the queso to be pourable, add more hot water.
